Spent today at the Sunshine Coast again and while out on one of my walks I cam across this Mitsubishi Minicab van that is electric drive and the owner was adding some charge via his solar panel.

Strange how electric vehicles don't have the option to have solar cells in the roof. Might add cost, but would pay for itself?

Indeed and the soon to come to market Aptera will have a solar option that can charge about 40 kilometres on a good day.

I think it will take a LONG time to get the battery full with some solar panel!
