My Actifit Report Card: May 10 2021

in Actifitlast month

Had a reasonable day at work as most everything went well enough and this had me at 16,849 steps.

Today's featured vehicle is this 1983 Mitsubishi Magna prototype. The Magna was the first 4 cylinder and first front wheel drive vehicle to compete successfully in the prime family car market in Australia at the time.

Mitsubishi Australia developed the Magna by widening the Japanese Sigma Galant and fitting the Australian developed Astron motor of 2.6l.

The Mitsubishi Magna win every major motoring award in it's first year of release.

Prototype? Does that mean it was never sold to the general public?

Just the car in the photo it was the prototype and then they went into full production and sold huge amounts of them.

Yeah I get that I used to by cheap cars from the 50s 60s etc and now cars that were new at that time are no old😱
