How far is the top of these historic hills from the ground? Are visitors going there in mass?

it is a hill that rises behind a luxury hotel called Villa Fenaroli, if you google it you will find some cute photos of the historic staircase that rises behind her, as a hill is not very high but offers a nice view.
in these times of lockdawn all the local population goes for the walk there, but in normal times almost no one goes there =)
