My Tuesday Actifit Report Card: September 29 2020
It’s Tuesday! I did over 13000 steps today.
It was cloudy and windy day. The autumn returns to Norway.
Most of the steps I did at work. We spent all day moving lots of materials from one building to another. So it was lots of lifting and walking...
I went straight home after work. I made dinner and spent all evening watching comedy shows on YouTube. Time to take much deserved rest...:)... Russell Peters Rocks!
