My Actifit Report Card: November 9 2020 - Summer time redux!
I can’t believe the weather we are getting at this point. It’s November, not August.
We are in the midst of a spectacular heat wave for November. Temps yesterday reached 21 degrees. All brought on by the latest tropical storm pushing the heat up from the South.
Last week I was raking leaves, watching the snow come down and thinking that we might be in for it soon… then this weather. Oh, I know we are in for it soon but who can complain!
I didn’t want to waist this opportunity. Threw on a t-shirt and shorts - I know, right - and went for a 10K jog. It was THE perfect temp for a run.
Finished up with a reletively good time. Didnt push it, just enjoyed it.
My wife and I took the mutt for a walk in the evening. Good to stretch the legs but also enjoy the sun set and warmth.
