ohhh, it's day 4 of the 12 days of fitmass. More posts to the tag. Keep it up everyone.

Finally able to get for a quick run. Only had a few minutes before diner and managed to knock out 3k.

Kept the pace easy as I was nursing a pulled calf from the weekend. Seemed to feel ok.

The rest of the steps were from going back and forth with the dog. He's older and tends to need to go out often... usually takes me on a round-about in the back.

And there we have it for my latest #fitmass why not join me?!
