Took my son out on a training ruck.
Such is life. Locked down again but way too nice of a day to stay inside.
Convinced my youngest to toss on my vest, load it up with 20lbs of plates. I threw on the ruck with 50lbs.
We rocked it with a 8:30 minute average per click. He was a little behind me but working hard. Never quit or complained.
I expect that he'll be in the lead in a few years as he learns to ruck and build that mental agility to get into the zone and switch on. He's got a great attitude.
