Downloaded a new set of workout videos last week, want to spice up my workout routine and change the pace a little bit. P90-X is the series this is X3, the third instalment. It is HIIT training with a bit of weight training interspersed. Designed to spike your heart rate and shred your body over 90 days. Excited to see what is possible with a commitment to this program. Look forward to updates.
