Do you ever just appreciate someone SO much that you want to do a little something to acknowledge how special they are? This post is dedicated to @dswigle. Why? Because she is amazing. These are pictures that I took today on my walk with my pooch, Zoey. The wildflowers were lovely today.

I could not stop taking pictures. The flowers were exploding!

I cannot believe I missed this post!!! I was so sad when I saw it today and didn't acknowledge it or even know it was out there. I have finally cleaned up my notifications but some days, there are hundreds and hello! So many hours in a day.

I know it is too late, but, I just wanted you to know that I was so touched by your words, honestly. They were so sweet and when anyone in this world takes the time and effort to say something nice, and so publicly, I feel so ashamed I didn't see it but warmed to my soul with your words.

Thank you, Belatedly, but, nonetheless, thoroughly warmed through and through.

And I totally get about the noise of life, the many things to do, the clutter of messages and all the other stuff that makes it impossible to see see and do and be all the things! 😍

Missed my morning walk the last couple of days. I still haven't taken any pics on my walk or posted with ActiFit. I have to do it tomorrow and if I do not, feel free to virtually smack me upside the head.

Yeah, been a crazy week. Now My @actifit app doesn't allow me to save settings. When I scroll down to the "Save settings" button, the screen just jumps back up.
