Let the holidays begin - Actifit: December 3 2020

Today I had my first holiday event of the season - a secret Santa gift exchange with my book club. It was cleverly orchestrated for life in a pandemic. One person picked names and notified all of us a month ago so we had plenty of time to send our secret gifts. Then we opened them during our Zoom meeting.

Today was a very busy day, for a number of reasons, including the fact that my son’s best friend flew home from his military basic training and surprised his family and I got to be in on the secret. Also a friend and I decorated my sister’s front lawn for her birthday tomorrow. So it was festive all around!

I think Santa is used to getting a little singed! Just be sure to put out some milk and cookies for him! That way he'll at least feel the love!
