My winter wonderland - Actifit: January 2 2021

I woke to a wonderful white world, as hoarfrost had crystallized on the trees and the marshes in the night. So I had coffee and then dashed out to take pictures as quickly as possible.

It was truly breathtaking. I took a variety of pictures, from close-up to distant pictures to try to capture the full experience of it.

The place I was visiting has trails that wind along a creek and through a marsh. I love to take pictures of the cattails in different seasons.

Thank you, @elizabethbit. We get hoarfrost pretty regularly, so you would hear it at least a few times a year if you lived in Minnesota! :-)

One tangents:
Seems like you are not familiar with (or forgot) the #win or #automaticwin projects run by @wil-metcalfe and @adventureready. As you have crossed 10k (hopefully before 10 pm) steps, you could have used the tag along with a screenshot from the @actifit app as a proof.

Hi @hafiz34, thanks very much for stopping by. The #automaticwin is for hitting 10k before 10 in the morning. I think I have managed it once or twice!

Yes. Besides #automaticwin, they have started #win, for them who hit 10k before 10 pm. You have to choose one, if 10k before 10 am, choose automaticwin, if 10k before 10 pm, choose win. You can read the latest post from @adventureready for the detailed explannation.
