All work and no play - Actifit: January 7 2021

Do you ever have a totally crabby day where you realize you are scowling at everything? That happened to me today, and I realize it’s because all I did was work! And when I got done with work, I cooked dinner, then did the dishes, then I sat back down again to work in some personal writing, and then I cleaned snd vacuumed! I didn’t take a moment’s rest.

I’m guessing that would make pretty much anyone crabby! I also never got outside today, which for me is super important.

Anyway, I got a lot done today, which is always a great feeling!
