Snow and fences - Actifit: January 24 2021

(Edited)

I took a lovely walk in the fresh snow with my sister. Fortunately, she did not mind me stopping every so often to capture the scenery.

There were puffs of snow on the tops of each fence post.

I couldn’t help taking several pictures of them.

But there were other beautiful scenes too.

This was actually intended to be my Sublime Sunday/Beautiful Sunday post yesterday, but I fell asleep without posting it, so I will use the tags.

Ah, nice poles along the fence. And imagine the snow being thick enough to cling to all those thin metal wires. I know it happens sometimes. The old school mesh that was popular here was in rhomboid pattern and tighter. It looks awesome when covered in snow.

I was rather proud of how my photos turned out that day. It was fun capturing how the snow clings to fences. Thanks for visiting, @manoldonchev, and I apologize for taking so long to reply!

Next walk you might want to take some flavouring cause they look like they'd be the perfect snow cones to me...😋🤣

Walking in a white winter wonderland with your sister, what a treat Jayna!

Trees marching bare through the land, with powder puff snow on top of poles to lead you quietly along your way.

Wishing you a wonderful day.

I won't be able to resist picking one puff into a snowball to throw it.

I know, right? That particular park is a gigantic fenced area with a trail running around the outer edge. When we went by the next time after I took these photos, someone had scraped all of the puffs off.
