Walking is the absolute best way to deal with stress — at least for me. We all have our methods. And yes, I count a glass of wine among my stress relief methods.
We had family drama right at the dinner hour. It’s not at all typical. We are a pretty calm and loving family. But if any two people are under stress at the same time for any reason, it can get volatile. Tonight there were three! But it’s all good. We don’t stay mad for long.
Anyway, so I left for a walk. Nature, movement, lovely skies and birds and greenery all around — now that is a great recipe for stress management!
