Sad days happen. And sometimes there is no accounting for them! To me, it usually signals that I’m vitamin D deficient. But I suspect you get plenty of sun in your garden!

I do get sun - but I also protect my skin from sun exposure since skin cancer is a thing here...
I did wonder if I needed to level up on my vitamin intake and took action that way :)
