Dnesek moc uspesne nehodnotim. Byl to takovy ten den blbec. Rano jsem mel v praci docela dulezitou prezentaci, kterou jsem nezvladl uplne tak jak jsem chtel. Nebyl to uplnej pruser, ale ma ocekavani byla vyssi.

Pak jsem byl behat a dneska to teda fakt neslo. V planu bylo bezet 50 min a dat tech devet/deset kilometru. Ale tak po 30 min jsem byl uz na pokraji sil a musel jsem si dat par minut oraz. Nasledne jsem zbytek teda dobehl, ale nemel jsem z toho zadnou radost.

No a od 19:00 sem mel zubare. Takhle vecer navstevovat zubare fakt nechcete. Uz loni na podzim jsem zahajil projekt rekonstrukce moji dutiny ustni. Chci vymenit vsechny amalgany za kompozit a nechat si nasadit rovnatka. Celkem se uprava tyka 17 zubu a to je docela hodne... S dnesni navstevou jich mam opravenych sest. Zubar je to sikovnej, urcite lepsi nez moje predchozi doktorka, ale v ordinaci travim vzdy skoro dve hodiny a to je celkem narocne. Zkuste si mit dve hodiny otevrenou hubu dokoran...
