My Actifit Report Card: February 21 2020
Today was a fairly ordinary Friday at the office. In the morning I had to load up a truck which gave me a solid amount of steps. Much of the day was spent at my desk. After work I did some grocery shopping which added a bit more steps as I wandered up and down the aisles looking aimlessly for random foods. According to Actifit, this is the most active I’ve been all year! Pretty pathetic, I didn’t even manage to surpass 8,000 steps. I think I need to get a little more active and work towards a 10K daily goal.
