You've presented several things here, one has me puzzled, the others I agree with so deeply.
The puzzle: "French Tuning"... everything I google is in reference to bow (as in arrow) hunting.
In an earlier life, I might have been like you, spending this time working on music etc, but so far my depression has only been heightened by this enforced separation; I've lived in isolation for so long I didn't think this would be hard for me, and it wasn't at first, but now... 🤓
I've played a few times, but my heart just isn't in it.
I recorded a very bad video (gotta remember how to connect the sound from my computer to the camera for proper audio) of a song I hadn't thought of in years.
Otherwise, I seem to do not much more than wander from room to room, mess with my plants, and be on this damned computer.
Hello. French tuning is slang in organ terms for "out of tune"! Thanks for taking the time to read my post. Music can heal so don't give up :)
