Today was an incredible start to my Saturday with Tiffany where we worked out for our 160th Orangetheory Fitness Coach. Today’s High Intensity Interval Training session was a 60 minute POWER template, which is based on explosive movements on the floor and all-outs on the rowers and treadmills.
Saturday’s for us, also includes; the food shopping and doing a lot of walking.
