My Actifit Report Card: April 24 2021

Today was an incredible start to my Saturday with Tiffany where we worked out for our 160th Orangetheory Fitness Coach. Today’s High Intensity Interval Training session was a 60 minute POWER template, which is based on explosive movements on the floor and all-outs on the rowers and treadmills.

Saturday’s for us, also includes; the food shopping and doing a lot of walking.

Actually @flaxz.alive not sure why it ended up here? See the tags? I only expected the actifit and sports talk tag. Did not really intend for it to be in WeAreAlive. 🤷 I did it from my phone maybe I clicked on something that made that happen in error? If it happens again, since I can’t remove it; I’ll add the 4 points. Thanks.
