A great day outside, another awesome Orangetheory Fitness High Intensity Interval training session.

With the added bonus of my fiancé and I working out for the 163rd OTF Coach as a couple and today was a great endurance template along with our usual Saturday grocery shopping chore that includes plenty of walking.

Keep crushing it. I just started up myself after taking way too much time off thinking I was too busy. Cardio kicked my butt today!

@bitcoinflood - we always workout very early, which keeps us from using the lack of time excuse. Cardio is a bi$&h lol
