Work it Wednesday Rest Day - My Actifit Report Card: October 20 2021


Truth be told, mentally midweek is bittersweet.

The importance of resting our bodies, especially with the HIIT workouts; Tiffany and I do 6 out of 7 days is imperative.

Sometimes we may take 2 days, if our bodies scream for it.

Wednesday is crucial for my mindset and why I chose it to be our rest day.

We are half way through the week and it allows us to evaluate how much progress we have accomplished and if not enough, then we can make the little changes that can help.

I believe this for any journey you are on.

Today, in essence was a normal day outside of not working out. I’ve been busy working and putting in the hours for my employers and remaining active on HIVE.

I strive to make each day productive and when it comes to my health and fitness; even if I’m not going through the rigors of an Orangetheory Fitness (which is awesome), I still remain dedicated to moving around and not remain stationary; especially working from home.

Tomorrow, Tiffany and I will be right back at it!
