I Remain Actifit On Rest Day - My Actifit Report Card: November 3 2021

At this point, some of you may know my passion for Orangetheory Fitness.

For you to understand, OTF is the HIVE to my health and fitness.

I’m passionate about both and expect to be part of both until my body and mind can’t do either anymore.

To that end, today; being Wednesday, is my normal mid-week rest day from the High Intensity Interval Training sessions.

BUT

I still want to remain active with my @actifit activity.

So although, I work remotely; I find ways to keep myself moving without sacrificing my focus on my job. I do have employers and have to be productive, but ensure that my health and fitness does not get neglected.

One can easily hurt themselves long- term, if you don’t do the things that are important to your health; when working from home.

Keeping hydrated, eating healthy and using the stairs at home to go up and down a few extra times is a winning formula for me.

Also, standing while I get a work call or even just standing and moving around for a few seconds even when I'm on the work desktop keyboard.

Really no excuse, not to avoid immobility.

Tomorrow morning, Tiffany and will be at our Orangetheory home studio burning splats 💪🏽🔥 at 5am.

I agree that you should rest a day and not have a high intensity workout. I think it does a body good to have that rest.
