Floor block 1: 7 min

• ⁠6 weighted ultimate burpees - just once
• ⁠6 reps each side bench step ups with a power hop
• ⁠6 reps each side bench low row
• ⁠12 reps bench seated knee tuck

Floor block 2: 6.5 min

• ⁠ 6 weighted ultimate burpees - just once
• ⁠6 reps each side squat jump 90 degree turn
• ⁠6 reps each side single arm chest press laying flat on the bench
• ⁠12 reps bench seated torso rotation with legs raised

Rower block

  • Restercize: 8 reps dumbbell ground to press

• ⁠30 sec all out row with 75 sec restercize
• ⁠Repeat 4 rounds

Tread block 1

• ⁠30 sec push
• ⁠45 sec base
• ⁠30 sec push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠30 sec push
• ⁠75 sec base
• ⁠30 sec push
• ⁠90 sec base
• ⁠30 sec all out

Tread block 2
WR = Walking Recovery

• ⁠30 sec all out with 30 sec WR
• ⁠45 sec all out with 45 sec WR
• ⁠1 min all out with 1 min WR
• ⁠45 sec all out with 45 sec WR
• ⁠30 sec all out with 30 sec WR
• ⁠30 sec all out

Tread block 3

• ⁠30 sec all out with 75 sec WR
• ⁠Repeat 4 times

So the morning was our typical OTF HIIT workout, but it was also our routined Saturday cheat day and it included beer, wings, a sports bar, college football and more importantly our friends Lora and Shaun visiting from Vegas:

Tomorrow we have an 8:15am OTF session at OTF Dr. Phillips where we will burn for one of legendary coaches and workout with a fellow OTF fanatic from North Carolina.
