Floor block 1: 7 min
• 6 weighted ultimate burpees - just once
• 6 reps each side bench step ups with a power hop
• 6 reps each side bench low row
• 12 reps bench seated knee tuck
Floor block 2: 6.5 min
• 6 weighted ultimate burpees - just once
• 6 reps each side squat jump 90 degree turn
• 6 reps each side single arm chest press laying flat on the bench
• 12 reps bench seated torso rotation with legs raised
Rower block
- Restercize: 8 reps dumbbell ground to press
• 30 sec all out row with 75 sec restercize
• Repeat 4 rounds
Tread block 1
• 30 sec push
• 45 sec base
• 30 sec push
• 1 min base
• 30 sec push
• 75 sec base
• 30 sec push
• 90 sec base
• 30 sec all out
Tread block 2
WR = Walking Recovery
• 30 sec all out with 30 sec WR
• 45 sec all out with 45 sec WR
• 1 min all out with 1 min WR
• 45 sec all out with 45 sec WR
• 30 sec all out with 30 sec WR
• 30 sec all out
Tread block 3
• 30 sec all out with 75 sec WR

So the morning was our typical OTF HIIT workout, but it was also our routined Saturday cheat day and it included beer, wings, a sports bar, college football and more importantly our friends Lora and Shaun visiting from Vegas:
