Sarasota HIIT Burn and Lime Pie - My Actifit Report Card: April 30 2022

My fiancé Tiffany and rode out to Sarasota, while her boys spend time with their Dad.
Sarasota is where we are planning to call home in the future as Central Florida becomes more congested and I’m all honesty, never been the place; I wanted to spend the rest of my life at.
I actually, wanted to leave Florida altogether, but it makes more sense for us to stick to Florida; as long as Orlando remains in our rear view mirror and only becomes a place we visit family.
There are many beaches in Sarasota and Orangetheory Fitness studios, which is basically; my heaven on earth. When you have a Beach or an OTF in a short drive’s difference = priceless!
Another exciting thing about today’s workout, we burned splats for Tiffa and my 197th Orangetheory Coach; as a couple:

On to the template:
Row/Floor Block 1 - 7.5 minutes
• Buy-in: 300 METER push row (20-24 strokes / minute)
• Back to back:
• 12 total halos (I went with a 25 pound dumbbell)
• 12 scaptions (15 pounds)
• 12 good morning (25 pounders), rest
Row/Floor 2 - 6.5 minutes
• Buy-in: 250 METER push row (20 - 24 strokes / minute)
• Back to back:
• 12 total TRX alligators
• 12 TRX rollouts
• 6 TRX reverse lunge to single leg squats - each side, rest
Row/Floor 3 - 5.5 minutes
• Buy-in: 200 METER push row (20 - 24 strokes / minute)
• Back to back until finisher:
• 12 uppercuts (25 pound dumbbells)
• 12 hip hinge tricep kickbacks (15 dumbbells)
• 6 goblet transverse squats - each side (I went with a 35 pounder)
• FINISHER: 30 seconds of tricep pushups
On to the treadmills:
I kept my base/push between 6 miles per hour up to 6.5.
My ALL OUTS, which was prominent in today’s template I started at 8 miles per hour and progressively increased my ALL OUT speed up to 10.5mph and ran 11 miles per hour, for the last ALL OUT run.

The ALL OUTS, had me in the red zone for more of my splats; but over the chart had me in an even keel heart rate, across all the zones and a major calorie burn:

That workout sounded intense just reading it. I was scrolling down to the awesome photos trying to get to the Key Lime Pie. The food looked delicious. I love Salmon.

Thanks @beststart - it’s where I hope Tiffany and I will retire; but Florida itself was always considered the place where folks rode off into the sunset lol- it’s a very different now, with so many transplants; but better than Central Florida - where we are currently at.
