Week Starter Sesh - My Actifit Report Card: September 26 2022

With all the hurricane talk here in Central Florida, going in to workout was a must; not to mention NEVER MISS A MONDAY!
Honestly, I had zero energy today, do not feel great and could have stayed home
But after three months without working out, because of the accident, it’s tough skipping a workout.
They officially canceled school starting tomorrow through Thursday.
Tiffany and I have workout sessions booked Wednesday and Friday, I have a session booked for tomorrow and Thursday we are both on rest day.
The weather may have something to say about that, so we’ll see.
On to the workout template of the day:
I worked with 30 or 40 pound dumbbells respectively.
Floor Block 1 - 20.25 minutes work & rest
• 6 lateral bench step ups with power - each side, rest
• 12 TRX rollouts, rest
• 6 bench single arm low rows (explosive tempo), each side, rest (40 pounder)
• 12 total decline bench high plank alternating toe taps, rest
• 6 single arm neutral thrusters, each side, rest (30 pounder)
• 12 total bench seated torso rotations, rest (30 pounder)
Floor Block 2 - 2.5 minutes circuit
• low planks as long as possible, if we couldn’t hold on for the full 2.5 minutes then:
• hollow holds as long as possible
• Repeat until finisher
FINISHER: 1 minute bicycle crunches
Coach managed this block.
I had very little to give, so I managed a paltry 5.4mph on average and topped out at only 7 miles per hour. My rowing watts was just as sad lol. I topped out at 205 watts per minute and averaged 125.7.

My OTBEAT HEART RATE MONITOR RESULTS:
I did manage to burn over 700 calories and my floor reps were decent, the cardio was a killer and not because of the template. It was all me.
Tomorrow, I will be riding solo and will actually be heading over to OTF Hunters Creek to burn splats for Assistant Head Coach Cassie who Tiffa and I just worked out for and was our 203rd OTF Coach we have worked out for as a couple. Tomorrow, Team Jiffy will be simply Jimmy.
