올해는 운동량을 늘리기로 했는데,
어제는 5천보를 겨우 넘겼다.
주말이라 집에만 있었고,
밖으로 나가 걷기에는
코로나 바이러스를 조심해야 하기 때문.
내일부터 평일이 다시 시작된다.
퇴근하고 역까지 20~30분 걷는
코스를 따를 계획이다.
그러면 매일 10000보를
넘을 수 있을 것이다.
