My Actifit Report Card: April 27 2020
Today, the kids and I decided we had had enough of sitting around the house, getting fat. I had the day off work, so we headed down to the headlands not too far from home for a walk. It was a nice, autumn day, a bit cloudy and a very comfortable 22ish degrees celsius.
Was a lovely walk, and reminded me that I really do need to get the kids out of the house and exercising more. We've all fallen into the trap and become a bit sedentary during the coronavirus restrictions. I still get plenty of walking around at work, but the kids definitely need some more activity.
