Welcome to my Actifit report for Tuesday, 23rd September 2025.
It's Tuesday, a day I try as much as I can to choose to be happy 😊
Even though I was barely happy on this day but I don't have a choice.
Some could come up with "you need to be grateful and happy, because some are in the mortuary while others are in the hospital".
The words are kind of encouraging and also annoying at the same time.
I would prefer if, someone told me to be happy because of my journey so far and the assurance of reaching that end of disappointment, unending/ unfruitful expectations and suffering.
This would be a great boost instead of comparing me with people who are struggling, those people wouldn't appreciate that.
Oh, I should be happy that I am struggling?
Afterall, do you go to them and also tell them that they should be grateful because they are just sick?
Don't you encourage them with everything will be fine?
My Tuesday was just there.
Nothing new, except that I visited the supermarket.
Okay, it's a mini supermarket.
I couldn't find options to things I needed, I had to get the available ones.
This just didn't meet my reasons for going to a supermarket to shop.
But, it's all good.
