Yes, we all do this for each other. Since I can go to Costco in the early senior hour, I go maybe every other month and everyone stocks up on Costco Items.
One of the friends I shop for goes to Asian stores ever so often - then she picks up mushrooms and such for all of us.
We all are pretty much staying at home and trying to keep our outside contacts as limited as possible. San Diego is kind of out of control and out of hospital space...
