Today's Steps Just Happened

I met my minimum steps early. I had some work to do that included a fair amount of walking. I looked down at my phone and noticed the @actifit notification congratulating me that I met my minimum and to keep going.

So I Kept Going


Lillies are coming up!

I took a little break to watch the tele with my wife. Then I headed out with the dog for a little walk around the neighborhood. It always amazes me how many men stop to tell one of us how beautiful our dog (chocolate lab) is.

Not Done Yet

I ran around the house and played a couple games of "get" with the kids. Get is simply what normal people would call "chasing kids around the house", in case you wondered.

All in all, A good day.
