My Actifit Report Card: June 30 2025
On this occasion, one of my main activities was repairing an electric can opener, the opener is very good, it lasted a long time in use, until the plastic part was damaged.
I had already made it out of a rigid plastic but it didn't last long, it is very rigid and broke, and from that I had to look for a harder material that is also more flexible.
Today there are many plastic materials to use, the problem is the one that is easiest to get, and that was Delrin, it is a fairly rigid polyoxymethylene plastic, I hope the reproduced piece lasts.
