Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !
Me quedé dormido hoy y la alarma no me despertó, dormí bastante por lo mismo y me levante con bastante energia, fue un día bastante dificil ya que no se por qué me costaba enfocarme más de lo normal, la luz se fue a las 3 de la tarde y aproveche para hacer unos deliverys y asi tambien desestresarme manejando bici para estar listo cuando fuera a entrenar.
I overslept today and the alarm didn't wake me up, I slept a lot for the same reason and I woke up with a lot of energy, it was a hard day because I don't know why I had trouble focusing more than usual, the light went out at 3 in the afternoon and I took the opportunity to make some deliveries and also de-stress riding my bike to be ready when I went to train.

El delivery era bastante lejos, cerca unas casas de la empresa PDVSA llamado las cupulas, fueron al rededor de 5k, en la casa donde hice el delivery habia un gran danés bastante grande, casi de mi tamaño, el camino de regreso fue bastante cansado porque habia mucho viento, pasé comprando una bebida energetica y fui a casa de @chiqui-sw a entrenar luego de eso.
The delivery was quite far, near some houses of the company PDVSA called "Las Cupulas", it was about 5k, in the house where I made the delivery there was a big Great Dane, almost my size, the way back was quite tiring because it was very windy, I bought an energy drink and went to @chiqui-sw's house to train after that.
Luego de entrenar, volví a mi casa, llego la luz y me ocupe un rato antes de irme a dormir. Muchas gracias por leer, Hasta la proxima !!
