My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2025

He tenido un día bastante bueno, me levanté temprano para terminar una tarea de matemáticas que debía entregar en la tarde, pase parte de la mañana en esto y a la 1:30pm aproximadamente fui a la universidad a entregar la tarea y ver la clase. Al terminar la clase, volví a casa a comer y descansar un poco, estando aquí me envió un amigo para echar broma un rato así que salí en mi bici a su casa para esperar la hora de entrenar, fui al venoil a las 6pm dónde me enfoque junto a los muchachos en entrenar mortales como backflip, front flip y patadas en forma de acrobacias. Luego de pasar como una hora haciendo mortales, volvimos a las barra , donde aproveche para entrenar mi handstand y también para hacer una pequeña rutina de plometria y piernas, volví a casa ya tarde como a las 8pm, dónde compre agua un poco lejos en mi bici y al llegar estire un poco mis piernas y realice unos ejercicios de fortalecimiento para el manguito rotador, fue muy buen día !

I had a pretty good day, I got up early to finish a math homework that was due in the afternoon, I spent part of the morning on this and at about 1:30pm I went to the university to hand in the homework and watch the class. After class I went home to eat and rest a bit, while I was here a friend sent me to joke around for a while so I went out on my bike to his house to wait for training time, I went to the venoil at 6pm where I focused with the guys on training deadlifts like backflip, front flip and acrobatic kicks. After spending about an hour doing deadlifts, we went back to the bar, where I took the opportunity to train my handstand and also to do a small routine of plometry and legs, I returned home late at 8pm, where I bought water a little far on my bike and when I arrived I stretched my legs a little and did some strengthening exercises for the rotator cuff, it was a very good day!
