My Actifit Report Card: June 8 2025

Pasé un día bastante un día bastante tranquilo, me desperté tardísimo ya que el día anterior fue el cumpleaños de un amigo. Tuve un inicio de día bastante flojo pero en la tarde mejoró, a las 5pm me envió mi mejor amigo para que fuéramos a jugar basket así que me active, llegué a la cancha a las 6pm, queríamos jugar 3v3 pero se pusieron a jugar 5v5, jugamos 2 partidos y nos fuimos a otra cancha, en el golfito, a unos 2.5km de donde estábamos, fuimos en bici y jugamos 2v2 con otros amigos, jugamos como 2 horas. Siendo domingo se suponía que tenía que descansar pero tener un domingo así de activo siempre es bueno, al terminar de jugar fui a comprar un refresco con los muchachos , y la cena, y volví a casa donde estire, me bañe y me cene un buen plato de arroz con pollo, ensalada y huevo, para recuperar energías que use jugando basket y saliendo en bici.

I had a pretty quiet day, I woke up very late because the day before was a friend's birthday. I had a pretty weak start of the day but in the afternoon it got better, at 5pm my best friend sent me to go play basketball so I got active, I arrived to the court at 6pm, we wanted to play 3v3 but they started to play 5v5, we played 2 games and then we went to another court, in the golfito, about 2.5km from where we were, we went by bike and played 2v2 with other friends, we played for about 2 hours. Being Sunday I was supposed to rest but having an active Sunday is always good, when I finished playing I went to buy a soda with the guys, and dinner, and went back home where I stretched, took a bath and had a good plate of rice with chicken, salad and egg, to recover the energy I used playing basketball and cycling.
