Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !


Hoy me levanté bastante temprano, ya que estoy proponiéndole pararme más temprano, tuve una mañana algo productiva donde hice todas mis cosas, q la hora del almuerzo hice un pequeña activación muscular antes de salir al centro. Fui al centro al rededor de las 3:30pm ya que a esa hora se nublo un poco y aproveché de ir, pase por el trabajo de un amigo a echar broma un rato y fui a lo que fui, a comprar una tela para hacer varias muñequeras, salí del centro de regreso a mi casa a las 5:30 ya que se me hizo tarde hablando allá en el centro. Al llegar a casa espere a angel para irnos al venoil a entrenar, al llegar me estaban esperando y alumnos y empezamos el entreno, ellos enfocándose en tirón, y yo por hoy lanzando combos suave de estáticos con liga y haciendo una rutina de batidos de plancha, en dónde incluí presses de lean, lean push ups, pike push ups y lean planche hold, termine de entrenar a las 8, luego de un entreno bastante bueno vinimos a casa a descansar y echar broma otro rato, angel se fue a su casa a las 9pm y yo aproveché para comer y bañarme y descansar de un buen día.

Today I got up pretty early, since I'm proposing to stop earlier, I had a somewhat productive morning where I did all my stuff, at lunch time I did a little muscle activation before going downtown. I went to the center around 3:30pm since it was a little cloudy at that time and I took the opportunity to go, I stopped by a friend's work to joke around for a while and I went to buy some fabric to make some wristbands, I left the center back to my house at 5:30 since I was late talking there at the center. When I got home I waited for angel to go to the venoil to train, when I arrived they were waiting for me and my students and we started the training, they focused on pull ups, and me for today throwing soft combos of static with garter and doing a routine of plank shakes, where I included lean presses, lean push ups, pike push ups and pike push ups, lean push ups, pike push ups and lean planche hold, I finished training at 8, after a pretty good workout we came home to rest and joke around for a while, angel went home at 9pm and I took the opportunity to eat and shower and rest from a good day.
