My Actifit Report: The vitamin Sea!
This is the day I've been waiting for so long!
The reopening of the beaches in Cancun, Mexico, the place where I live.
It was a perfect morning, we went for a run very early and it occurred to us to take some photos to the nearest beach, which by the way, was still closed, but we did not stop and we continued the path until we found the beautiful beach "Langosta" (lobster), one of my favorite beaches.
We were even able to swim in the place for a while, we got some surprises ...
The first was to realize that there really is a repopulation of marine fauna on the beaches of Cancun, because for many years we have not seen schools of fish swimming right on the shore, it was a beautiful surprise to also see beautiful rays and crabs. As well as diversity of seabirds fishing, another good sign (bioindicator) that there is a restocking of fish.
The second, it is incredible to see how ignorant we are as human beings, since before dawn you could already see garbage on the sand. We did our best to pick up what we found nearby and put it in the trash can. It is impressive that neither the police nor we as visitors can carry out such a simple job as collecting the garbage we use, it is not possible that there are masks thrown in the sand! So sad!
The sea and the beach are beautiful and majestic places, from them we obtain many natural resources for our benefit. Isn't it ironic to destroy a place that gives us gifts?
Let's take care of the environment by doing our part, it is very simple and we all benefit.
Get up and train! Take care of yourself and your surroundings
