My Actifit Report Card: February 28 2020
Just got home from a very busy day working at the office. Two of our workers had an accident today while going back to the office. While traveling the mountainous road from Rogongon, the brake of the truck exploded. Considering the location, they try to look for any obstacle that could stop the truck. Engine brake does not work anymore.
The only thing had in the driver’s is to find an obstacle enough to stop the truck from running. It took them few minutes to find. But before that happen, passengers had already jumped because according to them, everytime they made a turn, the two wheels on the right side are not touching the road. Due to fear that they might end up fall to cliff, they jump.
Unfortunately, two of them didn’t have a good jump and ended having fractured. One had broken bones in his leg and the other one a broken shoulder and arm.
Things like this creates an additional problem in the company especially if they dont have insurance for their workers, good for us we have insurance.
We are still thankful because they only got fractured and never lost a life.
Lesson to learn
Always find a way to check up the condition of your car especially the one that were not use most of the time.
