Today being the great day for me. I wrote a blog while walking. Is it amazing by voice blogging.
In total 45K steps completed for the week with average of 6.8 k steps perday.
Highest achievement is 10 k one day when I was gonna out of house for tracking.
My activities are able to burnout some 2400 calories per day. Which help me keep fit.
When I total count for two month it comes out to 80 K steps. I start using two apps for cross check the distance.
I usually have balance diet and do jogging daily.
I use to carry my water bottle so as to control dehydration during jogging with lemon and salt and sugar mix in it.
