My Actifit Report Card: April 7 2021

5K on another warm day!

Not a lot of activity because I just took a short walk. But I also worked out with dumbbells and did 60 pushups with just a little rest in the middle.

Here's a fairly new song from the Messer Chups. They are a surf rockabilly band from St Petersburg Russia. The bass player calls herself Zombierella. Here's Electric Zombierella, a cover of the old Duran Duran song Electric Barbarella.

Well I managed to mess up the actifit HTML on this post!

Anyway, here is Zombierella, also known as Svetlana Zombierella Nagaeva, from the band Messer Chups from Russia.

And finally, if you're not familiar with the inspiration for all this, it's the movie Barbarella starring Jane Fonda.

Barbarella is a very old very strange sci-fi movie from 1968.
