My Actifit Report Card: April 8 2021
A low count today!
I went shopping at the Vitamin Shoppe with some family members and I bought some greens powder, mushroom powder, cacao powder and a few other things to level up the nutritional value of my smoothies.
We also ate at a very healthy vegan restaurant called Luna that is in a building that was a textile mill a century ago.
We walked around there a bit but i didn't get much other activity. Tomorrow I'll do better!

How is the corona situation at your place. Is it better and you can move places?
Well its better than it was, but we just had another little spike:
We can go out but I almost always wear a mask. I think it gives some protection.
How are things where you are?
