What is NIGHT and how do I get it FREE

$NIGHT is a new token from the Midnight blockchain. Midnight is a privacy chain made by the company behind Cardano.

There was a Snapshot already taken on June 11, 2025. If you had $100 of ADA, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, BNB, AVAX, or BAT in a wallet that you have keys for (not on an exchange) then you should be able to claim some NIGHT.

Claimants holding a minimum balance equivalent to $100 in one or more eligible tokens (ADA, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, BNB, AVAX, or BAT) in their native blockchains – based on a random historical snapshot of each – are eligible to participate. Individual allocations are calculated based on their holdings and on the share of the supply apportioned to each network.

What is $NIGHT (more details)

It is a new token that safeguard's data. It has a 24 Billion token supply. It is dis-inflationary, like HIVE - the inflation goes down over time. It doesn't use GAS - it has a resource token called DUST that is similar to HIVE's Resource Credits. They recharge over time. Night lives on both the Midnight and Cardano chains simultaneously - no wrapped tokens.

My Activity

for this Friday was pretty good. I was moving around during the day, just doing random high knees, squats, leg lifts and air punches.

At night I went for my regular walk. I took a fairly long path this time since it was only 74 degrees Fahrenheit out there. Finally a break in the heat wave!

If I claim this airdrop then I may write a detailed post on what I did and how I did it. Airdrops have been amazing for many of us crypto people. STEEM was essentially airdropped to anyone with a halfway decent intro post in Spring of 2016 via huge whale up votes. #HEX was airdropped for free to BTC holders and went up 1000X before going way back down. #UNI was airdropped for free to people who used UNISWAP early. Let's see what #NIGHT brings us!
