Today YouTube showed me a new music video from a Country singer that I have been writing about since 2008. Her name is Celeste Kellogg and her new song is called Driving East.

Celeste has had some success in the genre of Country music and has toured all over the country. In this music video, she starts off talking about a little of her history. She tours a lot but is always happy to be driving East, back toward her home in Virginia. She sings about going to the beach - Virginia Beach. For me, driving east to the beach takes me to Myrtle Beach. So I can kind of relate!

This music video is only out for 11 hours but has already scored 1.6K views. I think Celeste has another Country music hit on her hands here! Check it out and subscribe to her on YouTube if you like what you hear.

My Activity

today was mostly helping out family members. I also got a new laptop in the mail which I ordered from Best Buy. It is inexpensive but quite functional for my needs. My current laptop works pretty well but some of the keys don't work well. It is 10 years old and can't be upgraded to Windows 11. Microsoft stops supporting Windows 10 in October so it is time to think about upgrading our computers if they are older!

At night I took a nice walk under a nice half+ full moon. It was upper 70s out there and a bit humid but not terrible. I met some stairs along the way and climbed them, for a total of 44 stairs scaled.

Tomorrow is the independence honoring firework lighting holiday. Do you have plans? I may go to a concert with some family and friends.
