Hi guys, here I am again sharing yesterday's activity report for September 10, when I took 12,000 steps. I started by dancing with the Zumba group I recently joined. They are people of different ages who are very nice. When I got home, I made breakfast and took my son to the doctor for a routine checkup. It didn't take long because they changed our appointment, so we came back and then went to the supermarket to do some shopping. In the afternoon, I didn't do much because there was a downpour, which we really needed, but it kept us indoors. That's all for now until my next report. Best regards.

Hola chicos, aquí de nuevo compartiendo el reporte de actividad del día de ayer 10 de septiembre en el que realicé 12k pasos, inicie bailando con el grupo de zumba al que me uni hace poco, son personas de distintas edades que son muy agradables, al regresar a la casa preparé el desayuno y fui con mi hijo al medico para una revisión de rutina, no tardamos ya que nos cambiaron la cita, así que regresamos para posteriormente salir al supermercado a realizar unas compras, por la tarde no hice gran actividad ya que calló un aguacero que aunque nos hacía mucha falta nos dejó encerrados.
