My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2020

Hi everyone,

I haven’t posted to Actifit for a long time. A bit of a shame really, I have just been very busy with a new job ect.

This was probably one of my best runs. I have been trying to keep fit in preparation for the football season to start again. I enjoy running to an extent and it is very mentally challenging as you need to constantly self motivate.

Hopefully I can increase the speed next week but still a marked improvement from the start of the year.

I will try and post most days as I know the community has been working hard in my absence and this could be a nice way to interact with new members and catch up with new developments.

Welcome back. I used to like running but now I prefer walking. Can look around a lot more. I played a bit of Turbo 84 on my walk too. After all this time, you still managed to narrowly avoid the 10k Actifit bonus, I'm impressed :)
