Just started giving it a try myself. 10 days in. Working to get a solid 30 days of at least 5K steps in then trying for some 10Ks. Dr. says I need it, go figure. Hoping the Hive will keep me motivated.

It is a good app to kepe one motivated, and building up slowly is a good idea let your body get used to the extra steps each day and not to over do it
