My Actifit Report Card: August 2 2020

🇬🇧 A Sunday so perhaps never done! Today more than 14 thousand steps, when normally the Sunday average is always below 5 thousand steps! But this afternoon, to find some refreshment, I went with my family to a large shopping center where we spent the whole afternoon shooting it, also because the sales started yesterday, we decided to do some shopping! Here is the reason for all these steps ..
🇮🇹 Una domenica così forse mai fatta! Oggi più di 14 mila passi, quando normalmente la media domenicale è sempre al di sotto dei 5 mila passi! Ma oggi pomeriggio per cercare un po’ di refrigerio sono stato con la mia famiglia in un grande centro commerciale dove abbiamo passato tutto il pomeriggio per girarlo, anche perché da ieri sono iniziati i saldi, abbiamo deciso di fare un po’ di shopping! Ecco il motivo di tutti questi passi..
