My Actifit Report Card: May 10 2020

Not a great step day yesterday but apart from going out to dinner, we didn't do much.

I am finding it difficult to get into any sort of routine during these restricted times but also find the routine we already have extremely boring.

Maybe a better day today as we going to visit some friends for an hour or two which will mean rushing around playing football and bicycles with their extremely active 8 year old. God knows how steps she'd get in in a day, perhaps I ought to let her use my phone ;-)
