Amazing how running up and downstairs and walking to the shops and back gets your step count up!

Anyway, a slight positive today as we are now allowed to eat out until 9pm but the restaurants are only allowed 25% capacity so I guess we have to be thankful for small mercies.

Bangkok is one of 5 deep red zones currently and the Chinese communities keep insisting red is a lucky colour!

Had a couple of kids return today for lessons so finally getting at least some income in a disastrous month financially but no worries, as Yazz said, "The only way is up!", Don't worry, you'd have to be old to know that song.

Bedtime in Thailand, another quiet day tomorrow but I might get out on the bike for an hour and take a few photos, I found an train wreckers yard yesterday which will be gorgeous around sunset .

Looks like you had a nice active day today. Good to know that things are easing out and you guys are allowed to go out and eat till 9PM. But just keep in mind that we can not let our guard down and need to stay safe,
