I haven't got much numbers as I did not go to work since I feel very heavy in the past several hours. My numbers came from just doing some things in the house as I practically spent most of my day resting in bed.

This is a sweet and sour pork dish prepared by my wife to try doing what is being served in Chinese take-aways. It is delicious. It does look a bit different but I can say the taste is similar to what we usually get from our town center.
