Oggi ho mangiato veramente tanto ma del resto era Natale e visto l'anno trascorso non era il caso di non lasciarsi andare a scrupoli calorici. Ma penso anche di aver smaltito quasi tutto visto la camminata fatta fuori ed i lavori di pulizia domestica 😱😉
